About these terms

These terms apply when you book a stay, a meal, a treatment or an experience with Lanai. By sending a booking request you agree to them.

Bookings and deposits

• A booking is confirmed once we email you a confirmation and the deposit is paid.
• The deposit is 30% of the stay. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• Prices are per villa per night and include breakfast unless the offer says otherwise.

Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; the deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancel later than that and the first night is charged.
• No-shows and early departures are charged in full.

Travel insurance is a good idea. It covers the things we cannot refund.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. A late check-out until 18:00 costs half a night, subject to availability.

Children

Children are welcome. Beach Pool Villas and the Family Residence sleep four or more; the kids' club runs every day.

Transfers

Seaplane and boat transfers are run by licensed partners. Times depend on weather and daylight; we will tell you the plan before you fly.

Your stay

• Please treat the villa, the reef and our team with care.
• Damage beyond normal use may be charged at cost.
• Some activities have age, health or swimming requirements; the team will check with you.

Events outside our control

If weather, travel restrictions or other events outside our control stop your stay, we will offer new dates or a refund of what you paid us.

Liability

We are responsible for the services we provide. We are not responsible for services you book directly with third parties.
